Replete with four cocktail pairings and a mixologist’s cocktail o’clock guide sharing recommended drinking time for the ultimate enjoyment, the brunch comprises scrumptious plates featuring an impressive line-up of meats and seafood, such as DIY Rojak, Traditional Baked Lasagna with Beef Tomato Ragout, Herb-marinated Salmon with Green Asparagus and Sour Cream and Beef Tenderloin and Pan-seared Foie Gras with Mashed Potato and French Beans.
