This August, one of Singapore’s favourite local dessert has been given a cake makeover by our award-winning pastry team with an irresistible rendition of Chendol Mousse Cake! Imagine decadent coconut bavarois cream containing textural bits of chendol, red beans and attap seeds set within layers of sponge cake richly soaked in gula Melaka syrup, and finished off with a glaze of coconut butter cream and sweetened coconut flakes, this limited edition mousse cake is bound to satisfy those with a sweet tooth or a penchant for the local dessert.

Available for takeaway and delivery from 7 to 31 August 2020, the Chendol Mousse cake (8-inch) is priced at $68.00
